Refund Policy

Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition may be refunded. The item will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item. Please email foodaccess@farmshareaustin.org to communicate any problems with your order. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days for eligible orders.
